Suspicious Activity Notifications

How can I be notified if there is suspicious activity, such as accessing or downloading a large number of files in a short period, or deleting a large number of files?

I would not like to have to count single email notifications from each such activity, only if some threshold is reached.

    Unfortunately, we don't currently offer the feature you asked on suspicious activity notifications. 
     
    If this is something you would like to be able to manage in the future, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
     
    I recommend to use Box Insights in the Admin console which provides comprehensive view of your organization’s Box usage, storage, and deployment statistics.
