Where do I go to submit a support ticket

      Good morning. I have been using the free version, but this morning, an entire folder containing important information from my Box account disappeared; I am the administrator. The name of the folder that disappeared is "Residencia 2026." I would be very grateful if you could restore it so I can access my files. Thank you very much.
