Support Requested: Organizing Scattered Shared Files in Box

Hi Box Admin Team,

I’m reaching out for assistance with organizing my files in Box. Currently, I have a large number of shared documents and folders scattered across various locations, making it difficult to find what I need when I need it.

I tried creating a personal folder to consolidate these files, but I keep receiving error messages. I suspect this is because the files are shared and I don't have the necessary permissions to move them. Since I cannot move these items directly, could you please advise on the best way to organize these scattered shared files for my own ease of use?

By the way, I have consulted our organization’s admin, but they don’t have a good solution. All of my colleagues are facing the same struggle, as we deal with a massive number of documents daily. This is really impacting our productivity, and the cluttered environment even affects my focus throughout the day.
