I am a PC user of Windows 10 and long-time subscriber to BOX.
Suddenly some files I recently created are not syncing to BOX. They are in the same folder with files created around the same time that DID sync.
There are no error messages. My BOX account shows no recent incidents.
Any suggestions?

Can you try connecting to a different network and see if it makes any difference with syncing your files to Box?
If that doesn't help, can you try to Exit Box Drive (if it is running) if necessary, use Task Manager to end the Box.exe process and then start the app again from the start menu by searching Box Drive?
