successful log in but empty folder

I am looking to recover files that were transitioned via a GE box folder that I had successfully created a box folder for but now the folder contents are empty

    If the folder is owned by GE, I would recommend reaching out to them about the missing files. These contents may have been moved to another folder or deleted and to investigate further, its best to reach out to the person who owns them so they can recover in case it was deleted.
