I am trying to share a folder with colleagues who are NOT Box users so they can upload their videos. They cannot upload anything. What is the cheapest subscription I need to get that will allow them to upload (NOT just view)?

To obtain files from your colleagues, you must invite them as collaborators. And for collaboration purposes, they can setup an account for free.
