Subscription Cancellation & Refund Request

I am requesting the cancellation of my Box Personal Pro subscription and a full refund for the charge that was taken from my account on December 27, 2025.

The annual subscription auto-renewed on 12/27/2025 for $120.00, which I did not intend to continue. I noticed the charge shortly after it was processed and am contacting support immediately to request cancellation and reimbursement.

Same thing here, except they have charged me for 1134 euros. Any luck on your side?
