Submitting a Ticket

How do I submit a ticket? Other people have asked this question, but their instructions were unclear. I need to get in contact with customer service, when I log into my account on the Desktop app it does not work.

Currently, the ability to submit a support ticket is limited to paid Box users only (Personal Pro and above.)

 

If you have trouble logging in to the Box Desktop Application installed in your machine, please allow us in the Box Community to help. For more context, could you elaborate the issue with your Box for Desktop application? Any error message?
