Submitting a ticket

I need to request the following in a support ticket, but have no option for to submit a support ticket:

 

  1. ask for your personal account to be moved into NYC SBS instance as managed user
  2. admin deletes and transfers that personal account content into her current managed user instance

Can you also help us out?  I've been trying to submit a ticket for a while and why is it so hard to do so?  Someone pls let me know how to submit a ticket asap.  Thank you, Steve

BUMP, maybe you need to submit a ticket for support to get back to you! Is it deliberate that support is hard to access?

Why my iphone box  text file and mp3 files cannot open and only my ipad can open? It made me very inconvenient to use box.


Has ANYONE been able to reach Box Support? I cannot find any link, form, or email address to submit a support request. I see multiple posts on your site, but I never see any actual answers. When I go to the Accounts and Billing page, the links just loop me back to the main website — there’s no form to fill out and no email address to contact!

This is extremely frustrating! What exactly am I supposed to do here? Box Drive is not syncing files to a local computer as it should, and after spending hours trying to troubleshoot this, I still can’t find any way to report the issue.
