I need to request the following in a support ticket, but have no option for to submit a support ticket:


 


  1. ask for your personal account to be moved into NYC SBS instance as managed user

  2. admin deletes and transfers that personal account content into her current managed user instance

Can you also help us out?  I've been trying to submit a ticket for a while and why is it so hard to do so?  Someone pls let me know how to submit a ticket asap.  Thank you, Steve
