I am having the same problem. The Box website is AWFUL. You clearly do not understand customer service!
this website is horrible , I have one of my vendors sending me bills which I can get , however , I have a customer trying to send payments to us and I receive no emails and I can not see anything from them in the box -as far as where to submit a help ticket. I have wasted so much time on this and this should not be this difficult.
I love how they never answered how to SUBMIT a ticket...what is going over at Box.com? They need to fire the whole management team and start fresh.
I need to submit a ticket, gracious this is horrific! What are we paying for when we can't connect to anyone.

When you do it, you are brought back to a generic “Search Help” page, with no way to actually write anything. Or am I missing something?
Hi Box team, I too am not sure where to submit a ticket. We have a folder that for some reason won’t sync to the shared folder but it’s sitting on someone’s desktop. Help. Our team needs access to this folder.
You need to log in first, then click on Account and Billing and choose customer support
