I have a few subfolders that show up in the online client, but when I check in windows, they do not appear. What do I need to do?

If you are using Box Drive to view your Box files on your desktop environment, can you use "Refresh folder" option to get the latest updates made to this folder from Box on demand if you notice that some updates don't already reflect in Finder/Explorer.
