Question

You say on your support page "Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts".
I would like you to do that for my account.
You say I have used 39,3 GB, while I am only using 5 small files on my account.
