Storage Used Space is not correct

Hello.
Can i, please, get some help to fix the Used Storage Space of my account ?

I've been deleting file in the last days (before filling all my account limit space). However, after i deleted the Trash, the Used space increased instead of decrease.

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

    In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
