Storage used says 1.9Gb used but I only have 1 small file stored. I deleted everything else (and from the BIN also).
How do I get the storage indicated to read correctly?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
