Storage used incorrect

Box.com shows I've used 17.4GB out of 50GB. However, I have no files saved in folders or trash. Storage used should show 0GB used.

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
