Storage used doesn't seem to be accurate

Hello. I have used 8.9GB of my 10GB quota, but storage used in account settings shows 11.9 GB used out of 10GB which seems impossible.  Can you please fix the bug. Thanks.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
