Hello, Please run a script to reset my storage count. It says I have used 20GB, but by my calculations it's about 4GBs. thank you!!!

Hi! Would you please run the recount script for my account as well? The meter says I'm using 10 GB, but I'm really only using about 2 GB of storage currently based on the folder details. Thanks!
Where can I put in a ticket? It just wants me to keep using this but I took all files off my box and put on my computer to organize and it shows I=ver 6g of data for no files
