Something is wrong with my storage, It says I used 50.0 GB of 50.0 GB but that isn't correct. Can you fix this?

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
To help resolve this, I've ran the script that will recount all of the files/ folders in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct file count and storage size in your Box.
