Storage Usage shown in my Account Is Incorrect

It says I used 105 gb on a 50 gb plan. But I believe somewhere near 35 gb actually. I am now unable to upload new files. Please help; I did see other tickets about this, but no real solutions. And do not seem to be able to find the option to open a support ticket..

Hi Björn,

Welcome to the Box Community! 

I ran a script to fix the file size count in  your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.
You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).
You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".
