My storage usage is showing 3.1GB of 10 GB used. All files have been deleted. All trashed files have been deleted. How can I get the storage usage reset script run on my account as in forum below?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
