Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

my free space doesn't seem accurate, can i get the script ran on my account please. i cannot empty my trash either

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
