I've asked a few times for this to happen. I believe I'm only using about 6 or 7 gigs worth of storage right now, but it says I'm using 47 gigs. Will someone please fix this issue that seems to be happening with a lot of people already? Thank you.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
