Hi,


I've been experiencing an ongoing issue with inaccurate storage usage reporting in my account. Despite deleting nearly all of our data, the reported storage fluctuates daily and consistently exceeds our quota by the same amount, which seems like a reconciliation error and bug. After reducing and deleting files for several weeks, the storage count initially decreases but then inexplicably returns to exceeding the limit without updating correctly.


I've seen that this is a common issue and may require a script to resolve. Could you please assist?

Also, we've lost some e-sign files, thankfully we have two backups in place, but please refer this to the product team or engineering.
