Storage usage is incorrect

I can see it is a recurrent issue and many users are asking for the same fix. I'd like a team member to run the script on my account to fix the storage usage.

I tried removing items one by one or by group but usage keep going up and now it's handicapping in my work.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To check log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

Also, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.
