I've seen others have success posting here: can someone in Support run the storage recalculation scripts for my developer account? File reports and account status are saying I'm using anywhere from 6GB to 9.9GB of storage but I only see about 200MB of files in my current folders created my user or my managed users. I can't find any other files that explain this discrepancy. Thanks

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
