Our storage usage says it is 9GB out of 10GB and is running low. We deleted unused files and are down to about 1GB of file space used. However, the usage count does not reflect that after more than a week.
How can we correct the storage usage to be correct?

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
