Box is showing that I have a full storage, which isn't even close to being true. This happens every couple of years. In the past I have been able to actually contact somebody to fix this bug. But they now have no way to fix this now.. I can't upload or download because of this "full space" usage. It's a paid account, not free. WTF? Do I need to take my business elsewhere?
