I need help about known issues on "Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect".


 


I saw in the post that a specific script by BOX support must be ran on my account.


 


In the meantime I discovered I can't open a ticket support, who could help me?

I've been asking for this fix on my account for like 3 years. Good luck on anyone in the Box support team actually fixing this issue across the board, let alone your individual account.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
