Storage Usage In My Account Is Incorrect

After changing the Hard Drive where the box folder is located with a new one and copying all the files in the new one (same name and drive letter), box started to sync everything...and here the problem: now it says "quota exceeded" and on the web I can see all the space used (I'm at only 80% on my pc)...I've freed various Gbytes but and emptied the Recyclebin via web, but nothing, now I have more or less 6Gb used and it says 10Gb and no free space left.

But how can I contact the support to let them know the problem and run the "script" to correct it?

I can only write here in the support forum...

Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.

You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).

Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts. Please note that while the issue may be fixed, we are unable to guarantee that the account will not be affected by the issue again - particularly for users with massive amounts of content.

Thanks, now the used space is correct and in various attempts I was able to sync all files...hoping nothing went lost.

I have also encountered this issue. States account out of storage and I have deleted multiple gigabytes of data, and the files are no longer visible in box drive or online at box.com, but the total space used has not changed.

Can someone run the script to fix my account as well?
