Storage Usage In My Account Is Incorrect

Hi there,

Account settings show me that I am out of storage (37 Gb of 25 GB) after moving files amid folders in the account. I know it is incorrect. How can I fix it? I know there is a script. How can get it and run to fix the issue?

Hi there, 

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.

The script for this fix is currently only available to support and not to end users.

I've ran this for your account so you should now see the correct storage count in your Account settings. If you experience this again, please do not hesitate to reach out again and we will help you.
