Storage Usage In Account is Incorrect

My account is showing as full/almost full.

I deleted a lot of files, but the remaining capacity does not increase.

Could the script be run on my account to fix it?

We have corrected your account storage as you've requested. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
