Please reset my storage space.  I'm getting storing space error message when uploading files in box but I only have 15 Ko used out of 10 GB.

Looks like your storage count is correct. You can confirm it by logging in to  box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

URGENT :I still have storage issue.  I bought a new plan with 100GB and it has not solve my problem. I only have 15Kb used.  I can't upload anything, I'm getting an error message saying I have reach out the maximum storage space.
