A large portion of my storage is not being cleared. I have tried to completely delete all my files. I should have the full 50GB available to use again. Seems like a similar problem to: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/19524083381011-Storage-space-is-not-released?

Its been 4 days. Box storage used should be 0 out of 50GB. The number is near 25GB

Got it. I'm still waiting for a resolution. The other post seemed to have it sorted pretty quickly. Mine is still in the works.
