I tallied up my files (including those shared with me) and it's a total of about 1.5GB, yet my account status shows 8.9GB of 10GB used. Is there a bug or hidden files I'm unable to see? The trash bin is empty as well.

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
