I have an admin account in Box with unlimited storage set on the account. When I try to upload files to a folder in Box through my Box Drive I get the error message "There is not enough space on Box. You will need an additional 188 GB to copy these files"
The Box Drive is logged in with my admin account.
Does this mean that we have reached our storage max for our Box account?
