Dear All, kindly ask to help, please. A storage error appeared recently. I have 50 GB capacity and one day Box started to inform me, that storage is overloaded. Today i have deleted all info, now it is empty, but still box indecated it as 40,7 GB from 50,0 GB. The synchronization is not working when box is overloaded.

Same here - So I've just logged on and despite clearing ALL files and deleting ALL the trash it says I'm using almost half of my 50GB allow? I can only assume they ring fence the files deleted in case you need to resurrect them 'at some unknown future point'. I've trawled through all settings and pages and can't find if this is the case?
Same exact issue here. I just submitted a support request myself, so hopefully we all can get this fixed.
