Looks like my account reached full capacity,
But when I delete items (and delete from trash) it still shows like I didn't delete anything, and I still don't have storage.

Please help!

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
