Storage shows full incorrectly

My account shows 9.8 GB out of 10 GB full on my storage, but there's barely 1 GB actually used. Please run your script or resolution process to resolve this.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
