Storage showing less space that available

I have exactly the same issue, Box is showing 9GB used but when I download all the content it shows the size of 2GB!!! Trash is also empty

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
