I've deleted everything and it is still showing that 13gigs are being used. can someone run the script on my account to reset it to zero while I have it empty?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used. 


In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
