Storage Says full, but it is not - Help Ticket Says "FREE USER" but I paid $108 in May for the ENTIRE YEAR

I'm not a free user, I'm a paid user.  And I need the service that I'm paying for.  My deadline was YESTERDAY, and because BOX has no actual team to speak of, I've been put in a horrible situation thanks to this horrific GLITCH PROBLEM that they have refused to fix for YEARS.  Fix my storage account!  I just learned that I could be using Google for over 75% less money per year for the same amount of storage... except google won't leave me totally screwed like this company does.

Or I guess I paid 106... for a service and for space that I CAN NOT ACCESS.  I can't believe that this is still an issue.  I needed this space yesterday.  So I guess now I will go to a different service.  I will seek legal action against this company.

If this is a known issue, there should be a little button to press to reset storage and run the script OURSELVES if your support team can't help people with a KNOWN ISSUE.  This should be resolved immediately for people that have paid hundreds of dollars.
