Storage says full but isn't

I try to add more files but storage says it's full but it's not. Can you please run your script to fix it. Thanks in advance.

    Last week I have deleted and added files. It keeps saying it’s full. I have checked the total size of the files and it shouldn’t be full. Can you please check again and run the script to fix it. Many thanks.
