Hi, I can't upload any more files as it just says it's full and I need to upgrade. When looking in my account settings I have used 6.8MB of 10GB? Please could someone let me know how to fix this.

You need to identify which folder gives you this error. From there, please find out who the folder owner and reach out to this user. 


Looks like the owner has reached his/her storage limit.
