Hello, please run the script to reset the storage as suggested in the thread,

My total storage is 50G, and the current content 0G (I moved everything), but the dashboard shows incorrect storage occupancy. Please reset it so that I can move additional desired files to Box.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
