Storage Reset

Hi,

 

I was told that my storage has been re-set and now shows the correct storage but this is not correct. My storage still shows that it is nearly full (47 GB) but it should be only around 25 GB. 

I appreciate you help,

    We have checked thoroughly and see that the current storage space usage is indeed 47.8 GB.
