Storage Reset
I have zero files in my box account but it says I am using 10 of 10GB. Please reset my storage used to the correct amount.
Also, there used to be a way to send a direct support ticket over this issue but it doesn't seem to be there anymore. Is there a way to send a direct ticket about this rather than having to post in a forum?
