Hi Box Support Team,


Please run the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in my account. There should be some storage left, but now my desktop client cannot synchronise due to space issues. Thanks.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
