Hello, my teammates and myself have been receiving an error message stating that our quota storage has been reached but we are all linked under my boss' Box account and he has the unlimited storage membership. Are you able to help us get this issue resolved?

I also just looked at my account settings and it shows 0 B out of 10,.0 GB used. Please advise ASAP as our team is working on a big presentation and need to collaborate. Thank you.

Looks like you're referring to one of your collaborated folders. Please reach out the folder owner and see if the user has reached his/her storage limit.
You can help him/her check his/her current storage: To verify, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
