Storage not full but can't upload more files.

My account has 5,8 GB of 50,0 GB used, but when I try to upload a new file I get the message that the file is over my plan.

Can this be fixed by running the script?

Don't mind. I think the issue is with the size of the file, not with the capacity of the account. Thank you anyway. Best regards.

The data usage on the account is updated and correct.

You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).
