Storage limitation issue

I have set up unlimited storage for my co-admin on Business Plus account, but when he opens the settings, he faces the limitation of 1 tb. I have manually changed his storage to unlimited, then to 4 tb, but nothing changed, he still sees only 1 tb limitation. What should we do?

Welcome to Box Community, and we will make sure to help fix your Business account’s storage. 

Unlimited storage is a feature available to all Business plans and above. In order to correct your storage, you can email our Billing team via billing@box.com or create a ticket by contacting support and select Billing prompts to route you to the right team.
